Ashley, ND Auctioneers Randy and Brent Ulmer have been auctioneering since they were children,chasing cows into the barn, standing in the feed bunk and “auctioning” them off.

Randy Ulmer graduated from the Western College of Auctioneering in Billings, MT.

Brent Ulmer graduated from Worldwide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, IA and Advanced Auctioneer Academy in Pheonix, AZ.

Randy started selling a lot of pies and wedding garters and he still loves it and enjoys charity auctions as well.

Ulmer broke into the auction world with the help of a dear friend.
“My buddy Harold Fregien took me under his wing. I still miss him.” (Friegen died in a vehicle accident)

The secret to the Ulmers’ success, Randy says, is simple. “I’m established. I’m fair and honest with people.”
